Children’s Rain boots are a necessity when the spring rains arrive! I know every child has looked into a puddle and thought wouldn’t jumping in there would be a great idea! So many mother’s know this to be true, because after all, they probably thought the same way too, when they were kids.
The biggest difference is that today, there are so many really neat rain boots available! When my kids were young (it’s not that long ago, but long enough) rain boots were utilitarian. Plain black with red/rust accents was about as fancy as you were going to get. Oh how I wish I had the choices that are available today!
Oh well, not all is lost, I do have grandchildren, so they will be my surrogate kids.
My grandson will be all over the Paw Patrol Rain Boots, they are his favorites! I would not say that the Batman and Fire Chief would not be fawned over though. Sometimes having choices makes things more difficult.
My Granddaughters would be putting up an argument over who was going to get the Disney Frozen Boots and the Polka dotted Hello Kitty Boots. Either of these boots are a fantastic choice.
My personal favorites though are the Little Boys’ Dinosaur Boots. I just love the eyes and the teeth. What would a pair of dinosaur boots be, without teeth!
The other feature of these boots that I really love are the big handles on either side of the boots that makes it easier for the kids to put their own boots on, without having adult help. I can remember spending what seemed like an hour, pounding rain boots onto little uncooperative feet! No more of that, they can hold onto the handles and pull them up all by themselves. Talk about a win-win situation.

I love this selection. I need to find out my grandbaby’s shoe size!
They are so cute aren’t they. How come they didn’t have this selection when my kids were little? Oh well, like you my grandbabies will just have to fit my need to buy cute boots…..

I love the wonderfully colorful and really pretty things they have for kids today. I can remember when mine were little looking for bright colors and only finding pale pink, pale blue, pale green and pale yellow. Today, it’s a whole different ball game.
